Module 3: Lead

Introducing an encounter coaching workshop designed to equip you to effectively coach leaders in any and every season of their calling journey.


We'll meet Thursdays from 8am - 10am USA Eastern starting March 13, 2025; concluding July 31 (we will skip July 3rd).

This workshop will equip you to coach leaders to:

  • Coach leaders to live and lead from a place of intimate relationship with Him (as opposed to trying to find fulfillment in ministry or outcomes)
  • Personally experience the development of a leaders's call, and be equipped to coach leaders to do the same.
  • Help leaders know their 'being call' and their 'doing call', based on how they have encountered God through challenging experiences and seasons.
  • Coach leaders in any and every season of their Calling Journey
  • Enable leaders to lean into God's agenda for them whether they are in an outwardly productive season or an inward heart renovation season.
  • Empower leaders to experience Jesus in difficult relationships and leadership challenges.
  • Equip leaders to see transformation in their specific sphere of influence.
